Hong Kong AIDS Dialogue 2006
Organized by the Special Preventive Programme of the Centre for Health Protection and hosted by the Hong Kong Advisory Council on AIDS, the captioned conference will be held on 16 Sept 2006 (Saturday) 9:00am to 6:00pm at Exhibition Hall, 1/F Public Health Laboratory Centre. This will be an ideal opportunity for stakeholders involved in the response to HIV/AIDS to share in an open forum the latest developments in the fields of interest and reflect on what have been learnt from the International AIDS Conference (Toronto of Canada, 13-18 August 2006).
To establish and maintain an effective and constructive AIDS dialogue between various stakeholders, AIDS workers including healthcare providers, public health professionals, scientists, academics, political, community and business leaders, representatives from government and non-governmental organisations and people living with HIV/AIDS are invited to take part in this one-day conference.
The Programme includes oral sessions and presentations from AIDS workers in their chosen areas of interest, sharing sessions on lessons learnt from the International AIDS Conference, and skills building workshops. Deadline for registration is 4 Sep 2006. Please refer to the below link for details:
