Public Consultation on the Draft Recommended HIV/AIDS Strategies for Hong Kong 2007-2011
The Hong Kong Advisory Council on AIDS (ACA) is currently preparing a "Recommended HIV/AIDS Strategies for Hong Kong 2007-2011". This document will serve as a blueprint for ACA to guide, improve and better coordinate the HIV programme in Hong Kong for the next five years. In this connection, Hong Kong’s HIV programme refers to the collective efforts of all agencies on HIV prevention, care and control.
A Forum for the discussion of the strategy document will be held on 16 January 2007 (Tuesday) at 3:00 pm at the Red Ribbon Centre situated at 200 Junction Road East, Kowloon. Representatives of AIDS NGOs, stakeholders and members of the public are welcome to give your views in person at the forum.
After incorporating the feedback and comments into the draft strategy document, ACA will produce a final version of the document with a view to launching the new strategies in early 2007.
